Scheduled service calls are the best way to maintain your lighting
equipment. Contracts are available to help reduce the costs
associated with some maintenance and they allow for regular
scheduled visits (i.e. PSA alignment of cinema lamphouses). In
the event that you do not have a service contract with
XenonBulbs.com please plan ahead and schedule your service so that
it does not become an emergency situation. Prices for
scheduled service are as follows:

STANDARD RATE:
This rate is our regularly charged
rate and is normally used for one-time customers and
emergencies. Any customer that does business with
us on a regular basis and purchases their xenon
bulbs, booth supplies, or upgrades through us should
not have any trouble in becoming a discount rate
customer.
DISCOUNT RATES:
Companies with 1 – 19 Screens:
Discount rates are available for our small customers
by purchasing $1,000 or more per screen within your
company from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2005.
The discount level of is very easily attained by
purchasing your standard booth equipment and
supplies through R.S. Engineering & Mfg. All retail
equipment purchased through R.S. Engineering is
accounted for whether it is for new or existing
screens. Service does not apply toward purchases
for discounts.
Companies with 20 or more Screens:
For our larger customers we are requiring a
total of $20,000 in purchases from January 1, 2005
to December 31, 2005. For any of our customers with
this many screens this level of purchases can easily
be attained by purchasing your standard booth
supplies, xenon bulbs, upgrades, or new theatre
equipment through R.S. Engineering & Mfg. Service
does not apply toward purchases for discounts.

rates are available by purchasing $10,000 or more in lighting,
fixtures, rentals, or any other retail sales through
XenonBulbs.com. All purchases must be from within your company
from January 1 to December 31 in the year of the service performed.
